>We listen to the news and read the papers, we start to feel sick and we definitely have the swine flu! Not so fast. Here are a few key symptoms to help you identify what ails you:
Seasonal Flu - Fever that comes on fast with chest discomfort, body aches and exhaustion. Dry and unproductive coughs.
Common Cold- Nasal Congestion, runny nose, sore throat, cough (hacking and productive) and maybe even a low grade fever (below 100 degrees F).
Allergies - Allergies are less bothersome in winter than fall and spring but if you have itchy eyes, nose and throat with sneezing, you maybe having an allergy attack.
Swine Flu- The H1N1 virus feels alot like the seasonal flu (although possible milder), but
often comes with stomach issues, i.e., nausea, diarrhea and vomiting.
