We are currently experiencing shipping delays. Our timeframe for order fulfillment is up to 10 days. This does not include shipping time.

USPS pickup occurs every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. 

Packages that are "returned to sender" will be refunded and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. We are not responsible for packages that have incorrect, incomplete or insufficient addresses provided to us by the customer during check out. 

Packages marked "delivered" or "abandoned" are not eligible for refund nor replacement. Sacred Vibes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In this circumstance, you must file a claim with the courier directly.
