September and Community!

September ='s Community! We are celebrating Community at Sacred this month -- That's YOU! You are our neighbors, friends, supporters, idea generators, inspiration to do better, serve and offer more.  With that in mind, here are some of the activities we will be offering to you this month:

1. Sickle Cell Anemia Meet Up - September is National Sickle Cell Anemia Month. Are you or any one in your community living with Sickle Cell?   Herbal support for Sickle Cell Anemia has been a treatment priority for me over the years.  My focus has been on the development of treatment protocols for the following areas:

• Herbal strengtheners for crisis prevention
• Issues of the mind Depression and Stress
• Anemia and
• Fighting Infection

Come and sit with us and discuss herbal approaches to keep you healthy.

When:  Tuesday, September 21 at 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

2.  Autumn Equinox Meditation - Join us to celebrate the shift of the earth energy, as the sun wanes and the moon gains strength.  We ourselves are affected by this shift. Learn how to open up and receive redirection from nature during this transition.

When: Thursday, September 23rd at 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.
